Had a lovely meal with friends today. We all had dinner and pudding off of the value menu. All was cooked lovely and I would say it was all the same quality and size as if you had ordered from the main menu. Our waiter, Henry was fantastic. Polite and friendly and made sure we were happy with everything. He even asked if there were any allergens, which I have never seen asked before. So Henry had everything covered. Top marks for Henry and the chef for the lovely food.

Went 3rd Jan 2026 had a half price voucher, service friendly, the Gammon melted in our mouth; so tender.One had cowboy burger said it was amazing & great portion size. Service was fast .our experience today was 10 out 10, definitely going back.well done staff & who ever did the cooking this lunch time

Very helpful staff. The man at the bar and also another staff member called Daisy went out of their way to help my wife choose a meal that would accommodate her gluten and dairy allergy. The restaurant was very pleasant and quiet and the drinks and meals were reasonably priced. Was very happy with my meal which was a Thai Green curry with chicken. Really tasty meal and decent portion sizes.

This place offers outstanding value for money. We had two courses each and a pint for less than £25 - and it was good quality. What more could you want? The service was also excellent - Henry was acting as Maitre D, bar person and waiter, and he did it all with efficiency and charm.
